All bonuses, free credit offers, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by jom9 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms contained in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in total qualifying wagers).
